Delete your FitVisit account

In the app (fastest): Profile → Privacy → Delete account. You see how many upcoming bookings would be cancelled and confirm before sending the request. A FitVisit team member reviews every request; nothing is deleted until it is approved, and you can cancel the request while it is under review.

Without the app: Use the contact form with the topic “Account & privacy”. We will ask you to confirm your identity by replying from the account’s email address before we do anything.

What happens to data: Upcoming bookings are cancelled. Records we must keep (for example payments) are retained as required. [Retention periods TBC with counsel]
