Booking & cancellation policy

Each venue shows its free-cancellation window before you pay. [Window rules TBC]

Inside the window: refund to your original payment method. After it: non-refundable unless the venue cancels. [Final rules TBC]

If a venue moves or cancels your session, you can keep the new time or cancel for a full refund.

If a venue does not confirm in time, the booking is not confirmed and your payment is refunded. [Confirmation window TBC]
